Zoom

lightGallery Desktop allows you to zoom in on images to see more detail. The zoom functionality can be controlled via a double-click or the zoom buttons in the toolbar.

How to Use Zoom

• Double-Click: Double-clicking on an image will zoom it to its natural resolution. If it's already zoomed, double-clicking will reset it to fit the screen.
• Toolbar Buttons: Use the + (Zoom In) and - (Zoom Out) buttons in the top-right toolbar for incremental zooming.
• Panning: When an image is zoomed in, you can click and drag it to pan around and view different parts of the image.

Configuration

Zoom settings are available in the Settings menu.

• Enable Zoom (zoom): The master switch to enable or disable all zoom functionality.

  • Default: true

• Scale (scale): This value determines how much the image zooms in or out with each click of the toolbar buttons.

  • Range: 0.3 to 5.0
  • Default: 1.0
